Shipping policy

As of January 1st 2026, free shipping is now over $89.00. 
Orders under $89.00 will have a $9.95 shipping charge added to the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: 
ALL SHIPMENTS TO THE USA ARE CURRENTLY PAUSED DUE TO THE TARIFFS. 

• A flat-rate international shipping fee of CAD $150.00 is charged at checkout.
• Once your order is received, we will weigh your parcel and email you with available international shipping options.
• Shipping options are generally less than the $150.00 flat rate.
• You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method.
• The difference between the $150.00 flat-rate charge and the selected shipping option will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post - Air or Surface Mail. You will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the shipping charges. If we do not receive your approval of these charges within four days (96 hours) your order will be cancelled.

International shipping charges may not include any additional tariffs or fees. All additional charges and custom clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

LOCAL SAME DAY DELIVERIES: Monday-Friday 
All orders placed before 12:00PM (Noon) will be delivered the same day within local delivery range. As of January 1st, 2026, orders over $89.00 (excluding taxes) are shipped FREE OF CHARGE. Orders under $89.00 will have a delivery charge of $9.95.

WITHIN CANADA:
All orders OVER $89.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA* are shipped FREE OF CHARGE by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. See Expedited Parcel Service Delivery Schedule below.

For orders OVER $89.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA*, Canada Post Xpresspost service is available for an additional freight charge - See Xpresspost Delivery Time Chart and Rate Schedule below.

* Remote, fly-in locations within Canada pay a nominal freight charge for regular or expedited delivery. These additional charges are quoted by email, prior to shipping.

All orders UNDER $89.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA* will be charged a shipping fee of $9.95 using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service - See Expedited Parcel Service Delivery Time Chart and Rate Schedule below.

For orders UNDER $89.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA*, Canada Post Xpresspost service is available for an additional freight charge - See Xpresspost Delivery Time Chart and Rate Schedule below.

Orders received prior to 12:00 pm (Noon) PST will be processed the same day and shipped within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, orders may not be processed until the following day.

If you want your order shipped to an address that is different from your account shipping address, you can change the shipping address for your order by clicking on the "Shipping Address" link. Make any changes and click the "Submit" button to return to your Shopping Cart.

Canada Post will email tracking numbers once your parcel leaves our facility. If you do not receive an email, check your spam/junk folder. Adding donotreply@canadapost.postescanada.ca to your contacts will ensure you receive these emails.
