50% linoleic acid, 20% oleic acid, hexane-free

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Natural vitamin E (mixed tocopherols from sunflower) in a softgel made of bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

Dosage: Take 2 softgels 3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.
