Each softgel contains:
Fish Oil (Engraulidae - Whole, Clupeidae - Whole) 1000mg
-Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 165mg
-Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 110mg
-Other Omega-3 Fatty Acids 70mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), natural lemon flavour, vitamin E, rosemary extract.

Dosage: Take 2 softgels daily with food.

Each teaspoon (5 mL) contains:
Fish Oil (Engraulidae - Whole, Clupeidae - Whole) 4500mg
