St. Francis Herb Farm Regular Flow is a herbal tincture for adults 18 and up experiencing heavy menstrual flow or irregular cycles. Ingredients

Each 1 mL contains:
Shepherd’s Purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris, flowering top, 1:4 QCE 81.25 mg dry OR 1:1 QCE 325 mg fresh) 0.325 mL, Wild Geranium (Geranium maculatum, root, 1:5 QCE 65 mg) 0.325 mL, Yarrow (Achillea millefolium, flower, 1:4 QCE 50 mg) 0.200 mL, Chastetree (Vitex agnus-castus, berry, 1:4 QCE 37.5 mg) 0.150 mL.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Organic Alcohol, Distilled water, organic vegetable glycerine.

Dosage: Take 1-2 mL (30-60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Start taking 10 days before beginning of menstrual flow. During menorrhagia, dose can be increased to 1-2 mL (30-60 drops) every 3 hours (3-7 times a day).

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae (daisy) family. Do not use in conjunction with other high tannin-containing herbs or oral drugs.
