Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Zinc (citrate 3-hydrate) powder 3 mg
Black Currant fruit extract (ratio 30:1, equivalent to 2250 mg fresh fruit) 75 mg
Lutein (Tagetes erecta - Herb flowering oleoresin) 5 mg
Zeaxanthin (Tagetes erecta - herb flowering oleoresin) 1 mg
Carrot (Daucus carota) taproot juice powder (ratio 7:5:1., equivalent to 225 mg fresh carrots) 30 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose microcrystalline, carmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, glycerin, beet root red, titanium dioxide, iron oxide.

Dosage: Take 2 tablets once daily, with a meal containing oil/fat.

Contains no sugar, gluten, lactose.
