Each 1 mL (33 drops) contains:
Fresh organically grown Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) tincture (w/w ratio 1:10) 460 mg, equivalent to 46 mg of dried root.
Fresh organically grown Hop strobile (Humulus lupulus L.) tincture (w/w ratio 1:12) 460 mg, equivalent to 38.3 mg dried strobile.


Non-Medicinal Ingredients: 1 mL of tincture contains 0.62 mL alcohol (ethanol). 

Dosage: Take 2 mL once at bedtime in a small amount of water. Salivate before swallowing. 1 mL = 33 drops. Dropper included. 

Contains no gluten, lactose, MSG. Vegan.
