Small-flower willowherb (Epilobium parviflorum) (herb) 500 mg
Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) (herb) 686 mg
Rose hip (Rosa canina) (fruit) 119 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Marshmallow root dry, zea mays (cornsilk), lemon flavour, orange flavour. (Amounts based on a 1 tablespoon/4 gram serving size).

Dosage:
Adult women:
Drink 1 cup of tea, once a day. Use 1 tablespoon of dried tea per cup (250 ml) of water. Take a few hours before or after taking medications. If you prefer a sweeter tasting tea, try adding stevia or a small amount of honey. Preparation instructions inside box.

Cautions:
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a history of kidney stones and/or are taking blood thinners. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics, do not use. Do not take with highly acidic food (e.g. citrus fruits and juices) or with medications which may acidify urine.
