Boiron Arnicare Night Cramps - Homeopathic medicine for the temporary relief of cramps, and spasms in legs, claves, feet, hands, and associated disrupted sleep. 

Ingredients

Arnica montanan 6CH, Caprum metallicum 4CH, Magnesia phosphrica 6CH, Nux vomica 6CH, Passiflora incarnata 3DH, Secale cornutum 9CH.

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Lactose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.

Dosage:
Allow tablets to dissolve under the tongue.
Adults and children from 12 years old:
Take 2 tablets at the onset of symptoms. If symptoms persist repeat at 15-minute intervals, up to 6 times a day. Reduce with improvement.
In preparation for sleep:
Take 2 tablets at bedtime. If necessary, follow the general dosage regimen as soon as symptoms occur.
