Divine Essence Frankincense - Sourced from wild Boswellia, a type of shrub-tree, Frankincense has an odour which is resinous, woody and warm. Frankincense essential oil is used in aromatherapy as nerve calming and to help relieve cold and cough symptoms.

Ingredients:
Organic Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) Essential Oil
Origin: Somalia

Directions:
Topical (Adults) Mix 2 to 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of carrier oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day.
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
