Ingredients:
Organic Geranium Rose (Pelargonium graveolens, flowering top) Essential Oil
Origin: India (Himalaya)

Directions:
Topical (Adults) Mix 1 to 5 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of carrier oil; apply locally 3 times a day.
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
