Ingredients:
Organic Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia, flowering top) Essential Oil
Origin: Bulgaria

Directions:
Topical (Adults) Mix 1 to 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of carrier oil; apply locally 3 times a day.
Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steam machine. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
