Elemental magnesium 65 mg
Elemental sulfur 85 mg
Magnesium sulfate 325 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Purified water, magnesium sulfate (epsom salt), borage oil, Himalayan cedarwood oil, spike lavender flower oil, peppermint oil, xanthan gum, rosemary oleoresin, vitamin E.

Directions:
Spread thinly over large area of skin. Massage in until absorbed.
