Evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis L.) 213 mg
providing: Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 24 mg

Non-Medical Ingredients: Sunflower oil, lemon oil, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, natural lime flavour, dl-alpha tocopherol, thyme oil.

Dosage:
Adults and children age 5 years +: Taking the product for the first time, for the first 12 weeks, take 2 teaspoons 2 times daily (once in the morning and once in the afternoon) with food.
Thereafter, take 2 teaspoons once daily with food.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months.
