Ingredients

Each tablespoon (15 mL) contains:
Organic European elder (Sambucus nigra) berry juice powdered 345 mg
(from 3.4 g fresh berry juice, equivalent to 5.5 g fresh ripe berry or 1.1 g dried ripe berry)
Organic Echinacea purpurea herb top (1:75) 200 mg
Organic Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root (1:300) 50 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Water, organic stevia leaf, organic natural flavour and citric acid.

Dosage: Take at the first sign of infection.
Children 5-9 years old: Take 1 tablespoon, 2-3 times daily.
Children 10-14 years old: Take 1-2 tablespoons, 3 times daily.
Adults and adolescents 15+: Take 2 tablespoons, 3 times daily.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 4 weeks.

Contains no gluten. Vegan.

Cautions: Do not use if you: 1) have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder 2) are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
