Flora Udo's Oil Omega 3-6-9 Blend - Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids are essential for a healthy brain, proper immune system development, healthy skin and efficient digestion. Udo's Oil 3-6-9 Blend is a special blend of carefully chosen and balanced, natural, unrefined oils, cold-pressed in an environment absent of light and oxygen to insure maximum stability. Delicious on salads, or over vegetables, rice or pasta, this unique blend also supports strong bones and joints and provides the basic building materials for healthy cell membranes.

Ingredients

Each softgel contains:
Cold pressed unrefined Flaxseed oil* (Linum usitatissimum) 753 mg
[contains 55% omega-3 as Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA)]
Evening Primrose seed oil* (Oenothera biennis) 10 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Sunflower oil*, sesame oil*, coconut oil*, soy lecithin*, rice bran oil*, oat bran oil*, tocopherols, glycerin, water, modified food starch, carrageenan, sorbitol, caramel. *Organic. Manufactured in a facility that also processes mustard and wheat.

Dosage: Take 1 to 2 capsules three times daily with meals. 14 capsules are equivalent to 15 ml (1 tbsp) of oil.
