Each vegetable capsule contains:
Oregano flowering tops essential oil std. extract (Origanum vulgare) (70% carvacrol) 95 mg
Clove leaf essential oil (Syzgium aromaticum) 45 mg
Ginger root essential oil (Zingiber officinale) 45 mg
Wormwood leaf essential oil (Artemisia absinthium) 45 mg
Evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis) 20 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Modified corn starch, hypromellose, silica, magnesium stearate, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate.

Dosage:  Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
