Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Cherry juice from concentrate, apple juice from concentrate, beetroot juice from concentrate, water, extract from rose hip peels, chamomile flowers, balm leaves, fructose, natural flavours, guar gum, locust bean gum. Contains no colours or gelatin.

Dosage

Note: 10ml of IronVital F = 10mg of iron.

Adults: Take 10-35ml once daily,

9-13 year old: Take 10ml once daily

14-18 year old: Take 10-30ml once daily.

*Take with food take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Additional dosage information: 10ml=2 teaspoons.
