Martin & Pleasance Harmony Menopause Day & Night - A herbal blend traditionally used to help relieve symptoms of menopause and promote a good night’s sleep. Harmony Menopause Day and Night addresses menopause symptoms where sleeplessness is a major concern. The potent night formula helps relieve night sweats, sleeplessness and restless disturbed sleep. This formula also has additional symptom relief to help provide support for hot flushes, mild anxiety and irritability.

Ingredients

Each Day tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs:
Rehmannia glutinosa root 200 mg (6:1 QCE 1.2 g)
Vitex angus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 10 mg (10:1 QCE 100 mg)
Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai) 50 mg (4:1 QCE 200 mg)
Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 28.6 mg (7:1 QCE 200 mg)
Bupleurum falcatum root 20 mg (10:1 QCE 200 mg)
Dioscorea opposita root (Chinese Yam) 40 mg (5:1 QCE 200 mg)
Calcium hydrogen phosphate (equiv calcium 81.6 mg) (equiv phosphorus 63 mg) 350 mg
Calcium amino acid chelate 50 mg
Magnesium amino acid chelate (equiv magnesium 10 mg) 50 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 100 IU

Each Night tablet contains:
Rehmannia glutinosa root: 7.6g
Ziziphus jujube seed: 10g

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose microcrystalline, croscarmellose sodium, silica - colloidal anhydrous, magnesium stearate, carnauba wax, (tablet coating - proprietary ingredient) Pl 4856.

Dosage:
Take 2 DAY tablets in the morning.
Take 1 NIGHT tablet in the evening.
Or take as directed by a health care practitioner.
Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.

Contains no dairy, wheat, gluten.
