For the relief of mild to moderate symptoms or ongoing maintenance we recommend the original Harmony Menopause, but for those experiencing stronger symptoms we recommend Harmony Menopause Max.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs:
Bupleurum falcatum root 75 mg (20:1 QCE 1.5 g)
Chaste tree fruit 20 mg (10:1 QCE 200 mg)
Peony root 214.3 mg (14:1 QCE 3 g)
Rehmannia glutinosa root 416.7 mg (12:1 QCE 5g)
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 200 IU

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, carnauba wax, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica - colloidal, croscarmellose sodium, curcumin, tablet coating proprietary ingredient Pl 4029.

Dosage: Take 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by a
healthcare practitioner. Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.

Contains no dairy, wheat, gluten.
