Martin & Pleasance Harmony My Sleep - Contains a synergistic blend of herbs used in traditional Chinese and Herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of stress, such as restlessness, and promote a restful sleep. With high dose Ziziphus to induce sleep and relieve restlessness, Hops acts as a calmative and helps relieve restlessness, Magnesium helps to maintain proper muscle function and relaxation, and Sour Cherry is shown to contain natural levels of melatonin.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs:
Ziziphus jujuba seed (Spiny ziziphus) 500 mg - 20:1 QCE 10 g
Humulus lupulus flower (Hops) 150 mg - 10:1 QCE 1.5 g
Prunus cerasus fruit (sour cherry) 120 mg 10:1 QCE 1.2 g
Magnesium (magnesium citrate) 80 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:  Colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, carnauba wax.

Dosage: Take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime.

Contains no dairy, wheat, gluten, animal products.
