Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) (333IU) 8.3mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (capsule ingredient), Magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Dosage: Take 2-3 capsules 1 time per day. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
