Each 15ml contains:
Glucosamine Hydrochloride (from shellfish exoskeleton) 1500mg
Peptan Hydrolyzed Collagen - Typw 1 (BSE free, Brazilian bovine sourced, grass fed, Kosher and Halal certified) 1500mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) [1000 IU] 25mcg
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) 1000mg
Turmeric (Curcuma longa, rhizome) [95% curcuminoids] 150mg
Devil's Claw (harpagophytum procumbens, secondary root tuber) [6:1 QCE 900mg] [5% harpagosides] 150mg
Bromelain (Ananas comosus var. comosus, stem) [1440000 FCC PU] [96 GDU] 160mg
Boswellia (Boswellia serrata, gum oleoresin) [65% Boswellic acids] 150mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Purified water, stevia, caramel, natural lemon concentrate, potassium sorbate.

Dosage:
Adults: Take 15 ml daily. Avoid taking at bedtime. Take 15ml or mix with half a glass of water or juice. Take with food. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects.

Caution:
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if yo are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction or if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid or if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulant agents/blood thinners, anti-inflammatory or antibiotics or are having surgery.
