Ingredients

Each ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) contains:
Virgin organic black cumin oil (Nigella sativa, seed) 2300 mg
-Linoleic Acid 50%
-Oleic Acid 20%

Dosage: Take ½ teaspoon 2 times daily. Take with food.
