Natural Factors Pycnogenol - 25 mg - A natural plant extract derived from French Maritime Pine Bark that has shown excellent results as a powerful antioxidant that contains actives that strengthen tissue permeability. As one of the most potent natural scavengers of free radicals, Pycnogenol mops up aggressive radicals before they cause damage by oxidative stress. Additionally it acts as a natural anti-inflammatory, helps generate collagen and hyaluronic acid, and aids in the production of endothelial nitric oxide which helps to dilate blood vessels.

Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Pycnogenol 25 mg
French maritime pine bark extract (Pinus pinaster) (bark) (65-75% procyanidins) Providing procyanidins 16.25 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Directions:
Antioxidant, cognitive health, osteoarthritis, C-reactive protein:
2 capsules 3 times daily, preferably with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Climacteric (perimenopause):
4 capsules 2 times daily, preferably with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For cognitive health:
Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Cautions:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any prescription medication. Consult your health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Keep out of the reach of children.
