Ingredients:
European Elder fruit 125mg,
Bilberry standardized to 36% anthocyanins 80mg.

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, hypromellose, silica.

Dosage:
Adults, take 1 Capsule, 2-3 times per day.
