Nature's Way CALM-AID - This once-daily product contains 80 mg of Silexan™, a clinically studied lavender essential oil traditionally used in herbal medicine to relieve mild symptoms of mental stress and exhaustion, and to aid sleep. Nature’s Way Calm-Aid® is formulated with high-quality lavender essential oil from the top flowering parts of Lavandula angustifolia, which is clinically shown to help improve quality of sleep in those with mild mental stress, and to help relieve symptoms of mild stress such as racing thoughts. It’s a simple alternative with no habit-forming ingredients, just a softgel a day.

Ingredients

Each softgel contains:
Silexan 80.0mg, Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia, herb top flowering)

Non-Medicinal ingredients:
Rapeseed oil, Gelatin, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Annatto extract

Dosage:
Adults, take one softgel daily.

Cautions:
Do not use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding, or if you have a hypersensitivity to lavender oil or to any ingredients in the product. Do not use if you are suffering from impairment of hepatic function. Patients with hereditary fructose intolerance should not take this
You may experience gastrointestinal symptoms (mainly eructation). Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur, in which case, discontinue use.
