Vitamin C* (ascorbic acid) 45 mg
South African geranium (Pelargonium sidoides, root) (9:1, 180 mg) 20 mg
Zinc (citrate, dihydrate) 3.75 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Organic tapioca syrup, evaporated cane juice, pectin, sucrose, citric acid, trisodium citrate dihydrate, natural raspberry flavour, flavour, water, coconut oil, beeswax.

Gluten/gelatin free.

Directions: Children 3-9, chew 1 gummy per day. Children 10-13, chew 2 gummies per day. Adults and adolescents 14 and older, chew 2 gummies, 2 times per day. Take with food.
