Borage Oil (Borago officinalis seed): 90 mg
-Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) 17.5 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Softgel capsule (gelatin, purified water, glycerine, natural lemon flavour), natural lemon flavour, vitamin E, rosemary extract.

Dosage:
Children 5 and up: Take 4 softgels daily, with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
