Vitamin D3 (or cholecalciferol) is the natural form of vitamin D produced by the body, and is better absorbed and utilized than other forms.

Each softgel contains:
Fish Oil (Engraulidae - whole, Clupeidae - whole): 1000 mg
-Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 165 mg
-Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 110 mg
-Other Omega-3 Fatty Acids 70 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 12.5 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, natural lemon flavour), natural lemon flavour, vitamin E, rosemary extract, olive oil.

Dosage: Take 2 softgels daily, with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Contains no gluten, milk derivatives, soy, artificial colouring or flavouring. Non-GMO.
