Folate (Methyltetrahydrofolate) 200 mcg
Zinc (Citrate) 4.5 mg
Copper 100 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate.
Capsule Ingredients: Hypromellose, chlorophyll.

Dosage:
Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Caution
