Zinc (zinc bisglycinate)50 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], water), rice flour, silica, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), stearic acid.

Dosgae:
1 capsule once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions:
Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Keep out of reach of children.
