Dosage:
Adults: Mix 1 scoop (9.4g) into 250 mL of a cold beverage of your choice. Consume once daily and take with food to avoid digestive upset. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Caution:
Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus.
