Medicinal Ingredients

Each vegan capsule contains:

German Chamomile extract (1.2% Apigenin) 250mg (Matricaria chamomilla) (flower)

Passionflower 20:1 extract (herb top) 200mg (Passiflora incarnata) (herb top)

L-Theanine 125mg

California-poppy 5:1 extract (herb top) 100mg (Eschscholzia californica) (herb top)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate.
Capsule shell: hypromellose (vegan gelatin).

Contains no GMO ingredients, dairy, egg, gluten, soy, wheat, corn, yeast, nuts, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

 Dosage

Adults take 1-2 capsules once per day, take (1 hour) before bedtime, as needed.
