Each capsule contains:
Organic Red Reishi 100mg
Valerian 75mg
Sensoril®Ashwagandha 65mg
Passionflower 25mg
German Chamomile 25mg
L-Tryptophan 20mg
Melatonin 2.25mg

Non-Medicinal ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant source), hypromellose.

Dosage:
Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily with food to avoid digestive upset. For jet lag, take one capsule at bedtime while travelling and at the destination until adapted to the new time zone or daily pattern. For all other uses, take 2 capsules once a day at bedtime.

Caution:
Avoid alcohol and drowsiness-causing products. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks or if taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners, also if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraine. Discontinue use if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
