Vitamin A (Vitamin A palmitate)  750 IU (225 µg RAE) 
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)    200 IU 5 µg   
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid)  15 mg       
Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate)    5.2 IU (3.5 mg AT)   
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride)   0.5 mg   
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin 5’-phosphate sodium)  0.5 mg   
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide)  5 mg    
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride)   0.6 mg   
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)    0.75 mcg  
Calcium (Calcium lactate pentahydrate, Calcium gluconate)   120 mg  
Choline (Choline chloride)   25 mg   
Iodine (Potassium iodide)   60 mcg    

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Water, aqueous extracts (from Nasturtium officinale (watercress) herb, spinach leaf, anise fruit, carrot root, apple fruit, rose hips fruit peel, Coriandrum sativum (coriander) fruit, German chamomile flower), juice concentrates (pear fruit, pineapple fruit, passion fruit), mango juice, apricot juice, natural flavours, and locust bean gum.  

Dosage:
Children Aged 1-3: Take 10ml once daily with food or a meal
Children Aged 4+: Take 10ml twice daily with food or a meal

Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Caution: Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Matricaria / Asteraceae / Compositae / Daisy family. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
