Dosage
Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily. When used as a sleep aid, the full 2-capsule daily dose may be taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are breastfeeding or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness.
