Each tablespoon (15 mL) contains:

Organic elderflower (Sambucus canadensis)1:3.2 (200 mg)
Organic propolis tincture (beehive)1:9 (48.2 mg)
Organic echinacea root tincture (Echinacea purpurea)1:2.7 (19.1 mg)
Organic chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)2 : 1 (1000 mg)
Organic linden (Tilia x europaea) 2 : 1 (1000 mg)
Organic lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) 2:1 (400 mg)
Organic passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 2:1 (250 mg)

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Unpasteurized organic honey, cider vinegar, organic sugarcane alcohol, organic menthol, organic eucalyptus essential oil.

Dosage: Refrigerate once open and shake well before use.
12 to 14 years: Take 1 tablespoon 30 minutes before bedtime and once during the night if necessary.
15 to 18 years: Take 1.5 tablespoons 30 minutes before bedtime and once during the night if necessary.
